Clear expectations. Better creator tools.
Effective October 14, 2026. These terms apply to the VidNudge public website and connected creator application. VidNudge is an independent creator analytics service and is not affiliated with YouTube or Google.
1. Who can use VidNudge
Use VidNudge only if you can lawfully agree to these terms and use any connected services. You are responsible for your account credentials and activities under your account. Early Founding Creator invitations may be limited, individually reviewed, and declined.
2. What the service provides
VidNudge displays available public YouTube information, voluntary YouTube-owner metrics where authorized, and creator tools based on those inputs. Not all YouTube metrics are available to every account. Historical view gains may depend on readings saved in your current browser. The service does not guarantee creator growth, earnings, subscriber increases, or accuracy beyond the data sources available.
3. YouTube and Google connections
You can use eligible public-data features without authorizing your private YouTube account. A private connection is optional and uses Google's authorization process. You must have the right to authorize the channel; additional Google permissions and verification may be required. You are also subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. Never provide your Google password to VidNudge.
4. Free use, fair use and Pro
VidNudge Free is the intended ongoing basic plan, subject to clearly disclosed usage limits and future reasonable changes. Public-data requests currently have a technical limit of 20 requests per minute per signed-in account. A single channel search can involve multiple requests. We may revise limits with notice as the service and Google API quotas evolve. We may also restrict abusive or excessive automated requests to protect reliability. Pro includes private saved video plans, title and thumbnail ideas, upload checklists, and experiment notes. The price is CA$6.99 per month, with any applicable taxes shown before payment. Stripe processes payments. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Use Billing to cancel renewal; paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. Existing plans remain available to read, export and delete after Pro ends; saving changes requires active Pro. Refund requests can be sent to vidnudgehq@gmail.com and are reviewed subject to applicable law.
5. Founding Creator invitation
We plan to invite up to 100 founding creators. Requesting access does not guarantee a place. Eligible approved founders are intended to receive 90 days of complimentary Pro after the Pro service launches; the period has not started. No payment card is required for that offer. At its end the account will return to Free unless the creator independently elects to purchase Pro. We will communicate eligibility and the exact start and end dates before trial access begins.
6. Responsible use
Do not disrupt VidNudge, bypass account or usage limits, access another person's account, misuse connected YouTube data, or use the service for unlawful purposes. You remain responsible for how you use or interpret analytics and any content you import.
7. Availability, changes and account requests
Features may change as VidNudge develops. We aim to announce material changes that affect a plan or account with reasonable notice, except when immediate action is required for security, legal or platform-policy reasons. You can request access to, or deletion of, your account-related information by contacting the address below, subject to applicable legal and security obligations.
